  • Q:What responsibilities for a distributor?


    1. Collect orders from customers in the authorized distribution region or country.

    2. Deliver items to customers promptly.

    3. Provide quick response and after-sales service to customers.

    4. Comply with WiWU price policy and sales policy.

  • Q:How to become a WiWU distributor?


    1. Any of potential clients who have intentions to build the distribution relationship, please submit the paper documents including the company management structure, annual turnover, sales channel and the proposal of brand marketing plans to our company.

    2. We will enter next step with the client who has been approved by our internal appraisal.

    3. For the trial order of WiWU stock products , it should be involved each single SKU no less than 20pcs, total category SKU70% by 100% full payment before shipment.

    4. In order to have better protection on the certain region, the client must provide the regional cooperation materials for our file. What we can offer are three-month probation and not dealing with other clients in the protective area.

    5. After probation, if both parties reach an agreement on negotiated marketing plans. Our company will issue and sign the official contract with the client. Moreover, to be WiWU full or some category official regional exclusive distributor, he must meet monthly sales performance and new product marketing.

    6. The quarterly review will be proceed with each official exclusive distributor. If the client fails to meet the agreed stipulations in two quarters continuously, excluding new products marketing, competing product conflicts etc. Under these circumstances, WiWU has the right to end or void the distribution relationship.
