Q: As an user, how can I make warranty claim

Q: whether you sell to individuals

A: Sorry, we are not selling to individuals directly at this moment, you are encouraged to purchase our products from our authorized reseller.

Q: I wan to customized my own product, can you do that for me?

A: We have in house design team and self own production base, support OEM & ODM with your request.

Q: Quality issue solution

A: If there is manufacturing defective under warranty period, we will send you replacement pieces or deduct/return the payment accordingly

Q: Warranty Period

A: 12 months for electronic products after purchasing date

24 Months for Bags and Cases after purchasing date

Q: Payment term

A: We accept bank transfer, Alipay, Wechat pay,Paypal. Bank transfer is priorty

Q: Lead time

A: Our lead time from 1-7 Days upon to your order, generally, we have products in stock, they can send out next day after order be confirmed.  Some time we need little bit time waiting for the shortage come to complete your whole order if you not accept partial shipment.

Q: Shipping term

A: Basically shipping term is EXW from China, we can truck loading order to your logistic agent warehouse. Also we accept FOB/Drop shipping, our team will recommend a suitable logistic agent for you if you not have.

Q: MOQ

A: For distributing WiWU Brand Products, first order no MOQ be required, repeat orders better order box by box as a MOQ.
